The hotel is set in a lovely location surrounded by beautiful mountains and spacious landscapes. The rooms are spacious, with charming details like flower petals and chocolates, although the windows could be larger. The service was friendly and efficient, but a bit noisy during transportation. The dining options offer delicious Ecuadorian dishes but could have more variety. Overall, a paradise-like location with great potential.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms are incredibly spacious, giving off a cozy chalet feeling, and the sound of the nearby river falls was so soothing. The view of the river from my suite was just breathtaking, and the added touches like a nice shower, spa tub, and fresh flowers really made it special. However, the dining experience did fall a bit short compared to the rest of the stay, which was disappointing.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms had a wood-burning fireplace which was spectacular, spacious, and very clean. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience memorable. The location was in a large activity center in BNios, making it easy to explore the area. The dining was delicious with many great Ecuadorian dishes. Overall, a great value for money with amazing amenities.
